Spend Less, Decrease Relationship Stress, Have Good Food & Great Sex This Valentines Day

Charlottesville, VA According to a CreditDonkey survey, this Valentines Day, 59% of Americans plan to spend the same amount of money on the holiday as they did last year. Only 18% are planning to cut back on spending, while 23% plan to spend more.

They might, however, fall short of meeting their partners expectations.

Nearly 2/3 of respondents are planning to take their partners out to dinner but only half of really want that as a gift.

The survey shows that while dinner, chocolates and flowers are still the go to gift choices this time of year, considerably fewer respondents actually want to receive them. Thats not going to stop couples from splurging, though, especially not the men who outspend women by 75 percent.

This indulgent behavior poses a potential financial strain on relationships during a month when romantic ties are meant to be strengthened. CNN reports that financial pressures are the biggest stress on relationships, month after month. In the U.S. that can lead to at least HALF of all marriages ending in divorce.

In the face of this worrying scenario, Healthy Wealthy nWise Press has published an alternative to the blah evening out that no one seems to want. Good Food Great Sex: Easy 5 Star Elegance - Romantic Ideas for a Sizzling Date Night at Home is part of a series of books that combines sexy date night ideas and easy low-cook or no-cook meal options that promise to set the stage for a night of sensuality and deeper intimacy with your mate. It makes the case for simpler and more meaningful, and even less expensive, ways of spending time together without skimping on the romance in fact it allows for more romance and spontaneity than the standard dinner date out.

Mens Health surveyed 1,000 Cosmopolitan readers and found that 66 percent of women are more likely to have sex with a man after he prepares them a home-cooked meal.

And for the ladies we all know the old adage; the way to a mans heart is through his stomach

Good Food Great Sex offers a way to cut down on the monetary pressure and failed expectations while providing a more intimate romantic option for couples this Valentines Day.

The book is available for free on Amazon.com January 31st in an effort to spread the romance and share the love.

And in the words of its authors, Aphrodite and Adonis, Eat Good Food, Have Great Sex, and Love!
